All of my resources are good, and they all have a wealth of information of the formation of hurricanes. My only fear is that my subject may be too broad to do a research paper on, but so far the information seems managable.
I have found that the main difficulty with research is that you have to organize all the infomation. To do this you have to keep your goals straight. So far my main question has not been changed at all. I decided this because they have become a major problem for the United States. We are having to deal with these every year. The hurricanes kill people, destroy their homes, and damage our economy. I belive that maybe if we can find where they start and how they move we can better defend our country.

NOAA
"National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration." I can see why the she doesn't like the fact that chemicals are on her house. I didn't see why she wasted her time going after the vinyl industry. In the end of the of the movie she replaced her house with some old wood pulled of a barn. None of this made any sense to me.
The whole reason she started this "crusade" against vinyl is that her family replaced their rotten siding on their house with vinyl. Why is she super sensitive to vinyl? We use chemicals in everything. It is hard these days to find something that doesn't have chemicals in it. It is like trying to blame violence on video games. There may be some examples where they are the problem, but they aren't the only one.
In the movie she hounded the vinyl industry like they were satan's minions. There are problems with it, but that can be fixed. That's what bothered me about this movie. It didn't give any solutions. It was just saying "Ha, I caught you, now see how smart I am for seeing it." In my opinion she should have worked to find ways for vinyl to be made safely.

Gee...
